ABOUT FCSA

Since its founding in1987, Foreign Credentials Service of America (FCSA) has developed a national reputation for producing evaluations of high quality and general acceptability at affordable prices. At the same time, we strive to serve our clients by being accessible and helpful. We employ an expert staff so that we can provide the quick turnaround and close attention that each person requires.

Our services are available to individuals, employers, state boards, immigration attorneys, and educational institutions that need an evaluation of foreign educational documents clearly stated in the terminology of the U.S. educational system. FCSA's director, Dr. William Paver, has extensive professional experience in the fields of credentials evaluation and international admissions. He was responsible for developing the Graduate and International Admissions Office (GIAC) at the University of Texas at Austin into one of the preeminent offices of its kind in the country. Dr. Paver has also held top positions in the major professional organizations in the field, including the American Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers (AACRAO), the Educational Testing Service (ETS), the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL), and NAFSA: Association of International Educators.
