How Can FCSA Help Immigration Attorneys?Since our founding in 1987, FCSA has worked with immigration attorneys to provide the quick service needed to keep a busy office moving. (See our client list.) We have established close working relationships with our clients and can tailor our services to fit your needs and the needs of your clients. Dr. Paver has expert knowledge of the educational credentials issues facing immigrants. He served as AACRAO's representative to the committee that advises the Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS) now part of U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services(USCIS) on the implementation of the Student and Exchange Visitor Information System (SEVIS/CIPRIS). Credential evaluations are often an important part of the H1 petition process, and FCSA evaluations are accepted by USCIS (formerly INS) and by the US Department of Labor, as well as by universities, employers, and professional licensing boards. FCSA provides the accurate, well-researched US equivalencies and dependable standards that will ensure the attorneys, employers, and federal officials reviewing status will have a clear understanding of your client's educational background.
Most H1 applications require our general evaluation, which costs $75. Detailed evaluations are $110. If you or someone on your legal staff would like to speak with us about FCSA evaluations, please call 512-459-8428 and ask for Dr. William Paver, or write to billpaver@fcsa.biz. |
