
DR. WILLIAM J. PAVER
 Dr.
Paver's career in international admissions and credentials evaluation
has included leadership positions in all the major professional organizations
in the field of foreign admissions. Much of his knowledge stems from his
years as Director of the Graduate and International Admissions Center
at the University of Texas at Austin (GIAC),
where he developed a benchmark admissions system that is looked to as
a standard for excellence nationwide. He is widely recognized as an expert
in the evaluation of foreign credentials has served as a consultant on
visa matters to Immigration and Naturalization Services (INS)
as well as on the CIPRIS/SEVIS
program Dr. Paver was also recently cited as an Honorary Member of AACRAO
(see citation).
