Additional Reports

FCSA archives each Academic Credential Evaluation for a minimum of two years following the report's completion date. During this time, FCSA guarantees that additional copies of the report will be available for purchase ($25 each).

This does not mean that reports are automatically deleted at the end of two years. In most cases, evaluations are maintained in our archives for considerably longer -- it is only the guarantee of availability that elapses.

Clients may use the form below to request the issue of additional evaluation copies. If you are unsure as to whether your report is still available, or if you are missing any of the information specified by the field headings below, please feel free to contact FCSA.
