FCSA welcomes phone calls and visits from our clients, and our customer service staff will be more than happy to answer questions about the following.
- The purpose and uses of an academic credentials evaluation.
- FCSA policies and procedures.
- The application process.
- Receipt of applications, payment, supporting documentation, etc.
- Status of ongoing or completed cases.
- Issue of additional evaluation copies.
For inquiries regarding the specific content of an evaluation, FCSA requires that questions be presented in writing we suggest sending inquiries via fax or e-mail. Our evaluators will review the file, conduct further research if necessary, and respond to your questions, usually within one to two working days.
